Park 3Eighty Apartments offers modern one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartment floor plans in Aubrey, TX, surrounded by wooded views near US-380 and Lewisville Lake.

Park 3Eighty offers flexible lease terms ranging from 1 to 16 months. 

Lease terms are subject to change without notice.

Yes, all leaseholders at Park 3Eighty must be at least 18 years old.
No minimum credit score is required. Approval is based on income, rental history, background screening, and overall application review.
Yes, Park 3Eighty accepts one guarantor per apartment if income requirements are not met. Guarantors must earn at least 4x the monthly rent.
Most applications for Park 3Eighty are reviewed and processed within 2–3 business days.

Rent, Payments & Fees

Rent at Park 3Eighty is due on the 1st of each month.

Rent payments are made online through the Resident Portal using the BILT payment system.

Yes. A 7% late fee is applied on the 7th, with an additional 3% assessed on the 10th if rent remains unpaid.
Move-in costs typically include first month’s rent, a refundable security deposit, admin fee, pet fees if applicable, and any required deposits.
Security deposits are based on your signed lease. Details are provided prior to move-in.
Yes. NSF fees cannot be waived, and eviction filing fees apply if balances remain unpaid after notice deadlines.
Yes, residents can enroll in RentPlus to have on-time rent payments reported to credit bureaus.

Utilities & Monthly Charges

Residents pay water, sewer, trash, and pest control monthly with rent. Electricity is paid directly to CoServ Electric, and internet is billed through AT&T.

Pet Policy

Yes, Park 3Eighty Apartments is a pet-friendly community allowing dogs and cats.

Residents may have up to two pets per apartment at Park 3Eighty.

There is a $350 one-time pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. See our pet friendly page for more details.

There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

• Akita
• American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)
• Presa Canario
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Great Dane
• All Husky & Malamute breeds
• Rottweiler
• Wolf/Restricted breed mix

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile. See our pet friendly page for more details.

Yes, Park 3Eighty features a fully equipped fitness center open daily.
No, the resident lounge and on-site office space cannot be reserved for private events.
Yes, every building at Park 3Eighty includes elevator access.

Parking

Covered carport spaces are available and additional uncovered parking.
No, Park 3Eighty does not offer garages.

Move-Out & Lease Renewal

Residents must provide a written 60-day notice before moving out of Park 3Eighty.
Yes, early termination requires a 30-day written notice and a fee equal to two months’ rent.
Renewal offers are sent about 75 days before lease expiration and include multiple lease term options.
